who am I?
Hi, I’m Olly. I like to use dark and moody images to contrast with the love that bursts through every frame. I’m a Documentary Wedding Photographer based in Cardiff, South Wales. But I’ll photograph your special day wherever it is. I also love the imperfectness of the analog photography approach. I shoot a lot on both 35mm and 120 film.
I tend to balance a documentary approach by going unnoticed whilst also being a warm and friendly face to be there when you need me.
Suffice to say, I love both wedding day portraiture as well as candid moments captured in a documentary style.
My background mixes in film/cinema as well as photography. Day to day I work as a professional cinematographer in film and tv. However I love to shoot weddings because of the documentary/candid aspect. You never know what you’re going to see! Plus I just love to shoot couples in love.
